Nella foto sopra Vladimir Fattori, la falsa vittima, e a destra uno dei messaggi estorsivi al medico. Mentre il PM Giovanni Fabrizio Narbone (in alto) li ha coperti, la Procura dei Minorenni di Ancona ha sentito a giugno il Fattori interrogandolo. In basso la sorella di Stefano Cucchi che ha fatto venire a galla dopo anni le coperture “mafiose” fatte da pm e carabineiri sulla morte del fratello.
L’udienza a Pesaro del 25 ottobre 2018 è finita molto tardi. Le dott.sse Noemi Salsiccia , criminologo, e Nicoletta Falconi, pedagosista, hanno confermato la personalità e le manipolazioni di Vladimir Fattori. Era presente in aula anche il Professor Ugo Sabatello,consulente di parte del medico, titolare della cattedra di neuropsichiatria infantile e di abusi nella infanzia e nella adolescenza.
La notizia più clamorosa per quanto attiene il falso abusato Vladimir Fattori è venuto fuori quando il PM Fabrizio Giovanni Narbone è stato costretto a comunicare allla Corte che a giugno 2018 il ragazzo è stato interrogato dalla Procura della Repubblica presso il Tribunale per i Minorenni di Ancona nell’ambito del procedimento attualmente pendente iscritto a seguito della denuncia del medico per tentata estorsione, di cui si riportano i messaggi whatsapp, nel seguente link.
Insomma Vladimir Fattori, recitando la parte dell’abusato sessuale, avrebbe costruito e pianificato insieme a PM e Polizia Giudiziaria come incastrare il medico, con il beneplacito del padre e della madre.
Il Tribunale è andato su tutte le furie. L’Avv. Brunelli, per fare capire i soggetti del processo, che aveva assistito presso la Procura dei Minorenni Vladimir Fattori, ha inizialmente fatto il finto tonto per poi cedersi costretto a produrre la documentazione.
Il Presidente del Tribunale, a quel punto, ha deciso di procedere all’esame di Vladimir Fattori ai sensi dell’art. 197 bis c.p.p. ascoltando il Fattori come testimone assistito.
Sostanzialmente si è abbassato il livello di credibilità di qualunque dichiarazione di Vladimir Fattori , le quali adesso per assurgere a prova dovranno essere supportare da seri elementi di riscontro, ovviamente assenti. Insomma il legislatore si fida poco delle dichiarazioni di chi è imputato in un procedimento connesso a un altro.
Valdimir Fattori ha ammesso di avere avuto un con poliziotti e carabinieri amici del padre facenti parte della Polizia Giudiziaria di Pesaro, di cui uno, Gabriele Bonazza, collega dell’Ispettore Cristina Battistelli e Maria Cristina Armini, ma affermando solo perché si era spaventato dopo la conversazione in chat che aveva avuto a febbraio 2015 con il medico, in cui lo minacciava di estorsione. Peccato che i contatti sono 52 e cominciano il 14 ottobre 2014. Valdimir Fattori si è guardato bene dal fornire il numero di utenza del Gabriele.
Insomma bugie su bugie su falsi abusi, con tanto di evidenze a cui lo stesso Tribunale è rimasto incredulo. Una vera e propria opera d’arte messa in atto per recitare la parte dell’abusato, con la connivenza delle locali autorità di giustizia e di polizia.
Proseguono le investigazioni dell’Avvocato Debora Zagami, del foro di Roma, difensore del medico insime al Prof. Ugo Sabatello, Direttore del Master in “Psichiatria forense e clinica delle dipendenze in età evolutiva” presso l’Università La Sapienza , Direttore del SACRAI (Servizio di Assistenza Cura e Ricerca sull’Abuso all’Infanzia) attivato all’interno del Policlinico Umberto I di Roma e della Sapienza Università di Roma.
Quello che comunque sconcerta è il fatto che gli operatori e i pubblici ministeri accettino come totalmente plausibile storie bizzarre e impossibili, senza alcuna minima prova, a dimostrazione che il convincimento del PM è sempre del parere che abuso vi sia stato e non ha alcuna importanza l’assenza di prove o logicità nell’analisi del relato.
Il caso sicuramente andrà a finire di fronte alla Corte Europea, dove l’approssimativo e clientelare sistema italiano dovrà essere severamente giudicato dal sistema europeo, dove contano la prova e non la chiacchiera o le suggestioni!
Questi modi di agire di alcuni Pubblici MInisteri è una violenza istituzionale o abuso legalizzato, per fini che la normativa non concede, nel sostenere un presunto abuso. Inoltre se l’assenza di prove oggettive e logiche conduce da parte del PM a una richiesta di rinvio a giudizio, allora è doveroso chiedere alle istituzioni a cosa serva la legge, in quanto è sufficiente convincere il PM e la Polizia della bontà delle proprie argomentazioni .
Tutto ciò conduce verso a una cattiva gestione del diritto e della psicologia a danno dei minori e adulti innocenti, favorendo coloro che urlano d’essere difensori degli indifesi.

Pesaro: 2 Public Prosecutors Maria Letizia Fucci and Fabrizio Giovanni Narbone are being investigated by the Procura of Aquila for serious criminal offences against public administration, fraud and stalking. L'Aquila's Police Guardia di Finanza, discovered that the Technical Advisor of the Prosecutor's Office such Dezzani, does not have academic titles and affirmed the false. But the Italian Prosecutor's Office already knew that.
The papers have stood out at the European Parliament, the European Court of Human Rights and the British Foreign Office.

Two Pesaro Public Prosecutors, Maria Letizia Fucci and Fabrizio Giovanni Narbone, are under investigation by the Procura of the Republic of L'Aquila (PM Picuti and Gallo), in territorial jurisdiction for the crimes committed by Judges of the Judicial District of the Court of Appeal of Ancona, and by the Superior Council of the Judiciary.
We are dealing with this case following information from the BBC and CNN, since after the scandalous handling of cases by Amanda Knox, Meredith Kercher and Raffaele Sollecito, the US and British authorities are rather interested in Italian justice. The fact involves a British National doctor.
The facts date back a year ago when, following two search decrees, the two public PROSECUTORS in Pesaro abused their office. These searches took place after Vladimir Fattori's complaint, filed in April 2016, a Ukrainian and known in the gay environment, and his adoptive parents in Pesaro Paola Marconi and Sergio Fattori, a Pesaro entrepreneur who fell into failure, among other things described as violent with his sons Vladimir and Catherine, against his doctor, psychiatrist. Vladimir Fattori is a former rugby player, spent the nights on the roof of the house to relax and walk the high-speed bike paths.
The other lawsuit against the doctor date back to March 2015, although it looks like a farce, and was made by a psychologist, Sonia Maria Cuicchi, who specializes in psychotherapy, several times rejected by the Mental Health Centres , where she was trained, for "mania of persecution": here the farce is thrilled: the Professor, a very rich man, would have tried to extort about 300 pounds to her!

Dr Sabrina Franceschi, colleague and friend of Professor and holder of the Fano's study, denounced the Police and Public Prosecutors to the Aquila's Authorities for abuse of rights, office and interruption of health service.
And the Procura in Pesaro did not seem right: a small Prosecutor Office, who does not enjoy much appreciation by many magistrates in other districts, little work, July before holidays ... Why we do not resume a case that goes back to 2015 , with another concerning 2016 year and so we will discover the tax situation of the medical doctor?(remember that the Public Prosecutor's Office in Pesaro has a more in-person PM, 6 rather than 5, resized by the Italian Ministry of Justice, due it does not seem to be a lot to do).
In fact, the searches in the Villas of the Professor on Lake Garda and Sicily , have made by the same agents of the Judicial Police of Pesaro.
Against who we do it? Against the doctor, who has not only been in Italy as a consultant in various Courts and Prosecutor Bureaus, but in particular he was also in Rimini, of course a Procura and a Major Court, which apparently would not be in good relations with the close to Pesaro.
Accused doctor, in response to his speech, denounces Vladimir Fattori, even he is a psychiatric patient for extortion and slander, and the psychologist Dr. Sonia Maria Cuicchi for slander .
He decided to denounce the Public Prosecutors Fucci and Narbone of Pesaro and the agents of the Judicial Police of Pesaro, Maria Cristina Armini, Cristina Battistelli, Antonio De Falco, Susanna Gaudenzi and Spasaro Christian , for serious criminal offences, including slander, abuse of office, interruption of public service, false and stalking, depositing documentary and video footage. The psychiatrist also denounced the computer technician Mr. Giuseppe Dezzani, without academic titles , a braggart , under protection of Italian Prosecutors.
Ms. Daniela Orciari denounced Judicial and Public Prosecutor's Offices for interruption of public service and personal injury.

Vladimir Fattori, apparently falling in love with the psychiatrist and as whatsapp messages confirmed, would threaten the Professor that "if he did not give him money, he would have gone through troubles."
Vladimir Fattori, together with her sister Caterina Fattori, both adopted, and her mother Paola Marconi, were followed by Professor.
Vladimir Fattori, suffering from borderline and narcissistic personality disorder, among other things, he had tried suicide several times to end in the hospital almost losing an eye, following gestures called "counterphobies", an attitude is a response to anxiety that, instead of fleeing the source of fear in the manner of a phobia, actively seeks it out, in the hope of overcoming the original anxiousness, challenging the danger. In addition, the boy, adopted by Ukrainian origins, would be devoted to the use of drugs and anti-social behaviour, such as stealing and lying constantly and prostituting.
The parents Sergio Fattori and Paola Marconi, when the sons were underage, had brought him to the Psychiatrst, who manifested to the parents the disappearance of selfish gestures, but the presence of narcissistic behaviour disturbed, such as stealing and manipulating, and that the same doctor was threatened extensively by the young patient: if he did not receive money, he would have created chaos in the life of the psychiatrist, involving his parents, and creating a simulated situation to fit him. The psychiatrist intimated the parents to force them to care and to continue them, including parents, even for physical violence at home, otherwise the practitioner would have to report the facts to the social child national office. The professor kept the messages whatsapp of the patient for any defensive purpose.
Procedural justice
The Italian criminal justice system is sometimes branded as semi-adversarial, but its legal culture and the Italian law in action in fact demonstrate an inquisitorial approach to fact-finding. Italian criminal procedure is a difficult concept to grasp for lawyers and citizens in other countries, who are used to adversarial systems. In Italy, procedural justice is part of the concept of justice: a decision is legally acceptable so long as it results from patterns of official activity that provide protection to the defendant’s rights and an opportunity to find the truth.
This obviously does not mean that the Italian system is infallible, and aspects of the case’s progress have certainly raised eyebrows: Amanda Knox’s statements are certainly difficult to accept as evidence, the media put a lot of pressure on prosecutors, and the police clearly acted to protect their credibility. These are certainly important problems – but they cannot be addressed without a clear understanding of how the Italian criminal justice system is set up to function.
We must remember that there is not a single common global ideal of justice, and that the imperfect Italian system complies with rules that are logical and rooted in a legal tradition – albeit one very different from what non-Italian audiences are used to.
The story has upsetting connotations, just regular proof of what is happening in Italy and how fundamental it is for the legislator to identify specific offences for Magistrates ( avoiding any protection status):
1) The public officers Fucci and Narbone, although registered in the criminal investigation, register, received notifications from the Public Prosecutor Office of L'Aquila, decided not to abstain/leave and allow other Public Prosecutors to follow the cases: unfortunately they continue investigations , despite the law imposes them the surrender - for conflict of interests, as persons under investigation for a possible crime against the person undergo their investigations. The Court of Cassazione and European Court had just convicted Italy for horrible torture abuse of Police in G8 facts and the disgraceful cover of Italian Authorities.
But in Italy the conflict of interests is a joke: in other countries a magistrate denounced must abstain/leave the case.
2) Among those criminal reports, the Computer Technician of Procura of Pesaro is under investigation from Procura di L'Aquila. The person, called Giuseppe Dezzani, computer consultant known by the Italian Chronicles, he was appointed as technical advisor by two PMs against psychiatrist' s cases for computer and mobiles examination. After the doctor' s criminal complaints, it would be ascertained by the Tax Police and the Guardia di Finanza of L'Aquila that Mr Giuseppe Dezzani does not have the registered/academic qualifications beyond the high school diploma, showing a false curriculum off and recorded in the Register of Experts of the Tribunal of Turin, in the absence of compulsory membership in the Professional Register or the Chamber of Commerce of Turin(experts). Moreover, the Tax Police discovered that his experiences boasted that Computer Sciences are false and he is just a computer seller!
3) The Pesaro Prosecutors knew that Mr. Dezzani did not have any titles, as another criminologist, Dr. Ursula Franco, had denounced Dezzani at the Turin Court of Appeal and the Italian press had raised the question in other serious court cases, which Dezzani, fraudulently and deceitfully, had conducted evaluations in . Dezzani is defined as a "Partisan Consultant" and, according to the Criminologist, would be named for writing that the Prosecutors want about, accusing in all cases the people under investigations.
4) If it was found that Mr Dezzani did not have the titles in engineering or computer sciences , as in the case of Buoninconti, a new trial would be a right for all those who were condemned through his consultations. There is no other solution that can save the credibility of our judicial system. said dr. Franco.
In the US, Annie Dookhan, a Boston HHI lab technician a few years ago, has been accused for the lack of academic qualification. Dookhan lied about an astonishing master's degree in chemistry and made several tests related to court cases, about 20,000. 95% of the condemned people through Annie Dookhan's counting were released. Dookhan was convicted to three years in jail and to indemnify a $ 2 million convict.

5)In order to understand the police's action of doing this, they got the searches during the patients visits in psychiatrist ' s medical office. Dr. Narbone authorised the Police to come the Professor's study in any time. The Poilice, in despite of any logic or respect, did the serch in the early afternoon while the medical office was full of patients, urging the patients to go out and blocking the patients to take drugs.
6) The tax evasion was also contested to Professor, even he had never received any control in the 10 years. The doctor involved, resident in the United Kingdom and British citizen, decided to report the controversial facts to L'Aqula's Prosecutor and denounces the Pesaro Revenue Office for fraud and extortion . The Professor asked the Aquila's Authorities to verify the relationship between the Procura of Pesaro and Pesaro Tax Revenue Agency.
7)This doctor under investigation, directs an important investigative structure in the United Kingdom that deals with kidnapping and missing persons in the Commonwealth & Uk Organization: the PMs of Pesaro Fucci and Narbonne and the Police of Pesaro would have acted to put him in a no dangerous situation (pending proceedings in Britain against Pm Fucci and PG agents by the Prosecutor General's Crown Prosecutor, which could ask the Italian authorities to acquire acts and to hear and take to trial them).
Dr. Fucci had seized a valid and authentic Passport of the Professor, and despite the fact that the Diplomatic Authorities had confirmed their authenticity and validity, Fucci would have refused to return to the Government as well (it should be noted that in any State the Passport is property of Government), raising the investigation by the British Public Prosecutor against her.
Public Prosecutor Fucci of Pesaro risks taking to trial as the "non-grateful person " in Commonwealth and United Kingdom territories.
8) Fabrizio Giovanni Narbone and Maria Letizia Fucci's work seems to remember the PM Giuliano Miglini's work of Perugia very much under knox and Sollecito's time.
The papers against the two public Prosecutors are staying on the CSM table, the Superior Council of Magistrates and the European Court. doctor's complaints( about the abuses suffered by the two magistrates) will accrue to the other pending process at the same European Court of Justice.
9) The Magistrates, Supertintendent (Questore)and Police of Pesaro had already been reported, a year ago, by a businessman in the area: the Gip di L'Aquila had filed the criminal complaint
10) Maria Letizia Fucci, is already well-known for having asked for 30 years for Professor Lucarelli, a well-known hematologist, who was acquitted in the Supreme Court.
11) The Public Prosecutor Narbone, on the other hand, asked for no proceedings acts in situations which the Professor was in the past offended,:Professor denounced the misappropriation of health and tax documents.
12) The new Chief Prosecutor of Pesaro, Cristina Tedeschini, was until a few months ago Chief prosecutor in Pescara and some years ago at Ancona. The Magistrates Gallo and Picuti will have to test with firm investigation of their neutrality, considering that investigations are entrusted to two Public Prosecutors of the same Judicial District where Tedeschini worked: she now has 2 of his 6 prosecutors under investigations. So to investigate the PMs in Pesaro are two former colleagues of the same judicial district of the new Chief Prosecutor of Pesaro, who was in Pescara until March!
12) The public Prosecutors Fucci and Narbone should presented in front of the GIP in L'Aquila, where they are investigated, due the GIP did not accept the closing down requests of the L' Aquila public Prosecutors.
13) At the end of the farce, the Public Prosecutors of L'Aquila Picuti and Gallo are investigated by the Procura of Campobasso for fraud and abetting.
In this regard I find it useful to bring my opinion on the Knox case and the three italian degrees of judgement: [...] as rightly commented on the Times in this regard: "When one of the degrees so generally denies the previous ones, there is something that does not go well." In any case, there is no guarantee of a judicial system such as the Italian one who charges an accused for four years (such as Knox and Sollecito) or perhaps up to 10 years, in cases where an Cassation. There is no guarantee of a judicial system such as the Italian one who can hold a single investigator up to a year without being charged with it (as in the case of Knox and Sollecito).In England, for example, a suspect can only be held in prison for 48 hours without being charged. The English judicial system is similar to the American one. I know English better than mine. In England, an investigator is not accused without evidences against him. In Italy, however, so many people are accused on the basis of hypotheses based on clues and enough to make a number. In England, an accused is being processed quickly. Never in Italy. In England, one does not process anyone in Bar Sport style, that is, "He would have done it!" Or "could not know!". In Italy yes. In England, neither Knox nor Sollecito would be tried, let alone condemned for a simple reason: there was no compelling evidence about them (the knife and braid DNA did not even convince them at the first trial). In England, it is condemned only in the case of certain evidence beyond reasonable doubt as to the defendant. In Italy and Greece no.
There are still numerous appeals filed at the European Court of Human Rights for the lack of any guarantee of defence, despite the Italian Lawgivers' Law. In fact, the Public Prosecutors are magistrates in Italy, it would seem in the judgement of the High Court of Human Rights, they often move as lawyers of the prosecution", hence from a non-warrant but accusative position.
The European Union also requests that the work of Italian Public Prosecutors be closely monitored, given the established practice of conducting investigative activities with questionable and obsolete methods.

European Court of Human Rights just a week ago condemned Italy for covering the crimes and torture committed by the Police and the Judicial Authority for omitting and masking the investigations .
